Apply 3-4 drops daily before moisturiser or add to your moisturiser and apply. If you are sensitive, use only 1-2 drops as Vitamin C works very well even in low strength. Use AM or PM or both. Note : As it is a product with actives and is completely free of any oils / emollients, it's important to add a few drops of your favorite oil or Squalane. Or follow up with a fatty moisturizer. This is especially important if you have dehydrated, oily skin or damaged barrier to avoid any irritation from active ingredients.
