Apply on bare skin or over our skin-tint foundation with a clean sponge or brush under eyes or wherever coverage is desired, dabbing outward to blend. This mousse formula perfectly blends into the skin giving natural and even coverage. For fuller coverage you can always build It up with a second layer. This formula mattyfies once set into the skin, leaving no shine, oilyness or creases.
