What's in it?
- Nettle Leaf: This iron-rich herb gently cleanses the body and helps reduce blood pressure. It also helps flush out unwanted toxins, for improved well-being.
- Shilajit: This ingredient is naturally capable of boosting mitochondrial function and energy levels in the body - by producing Adenosine 5 Triphosphate (ATP) - which can help boost energy and mood.
- Burdock Root: This herb contains powerful antioxidants, minerals and vitamins for better blood and lymph detoxification, and better digestion and energy levels.
Step: Add ¼ - ½ teaspoon of All Day Energy to 1 glass of water. Stir well, sip and enjoy!
Tip:Blends best when 1/2 tsp of the mix is added to 3 tbsp of water and whisked first. Then added to the drink/meal of your choice.
