1. For best results, store the roller in cool dry place. 2. Use 2 -3 times a week. 3. Wash your face, apply the Natural Vibes Gold Beauty Oil and then start massaging. 4. Turn the roller on by using the button at the base once you add the AA battery. 5. It is advised to start from the bottom of your neck, moving upwards. Repeat the motion in every area 8-10 times. 6. After massaging the neck, continue the broad strokes from the centre of your chin moving diagonally upwards towards your ears. This is where the lymph drains. 7. For the forehead, start upward motions from your eyebrows to the hairline. 8. You can now massage the rest of your face starting with the under eye and moving to the nose, and lips, trying to maintain an upward motion. 9 The last few strokes need to be from the centre of your forehead towards the temple points for ultimate relaxation. Quick Tip - Please don't brush the roller too hard on your face. Gentle pressure will give you better results.
