Begin with dry hands and face. Apply 2-5 pumps and lightly massage in a circular motion into your skin, including the eye areas. Wet your hands and as you continue to massage, the oil will emulsify into milk, smoothly melting away makeup and impurities. Be gentle around the eyes to remove eye makeup. Rinse off with warm water.Can be used AM & PM. Pro-tip : Not to be used as micellar water with cotton ball or pad. Use your hands to massage the oil.
