We only accept returns for products damaged in transit / products that have physical defects OR in case of delivery of the wrong product.

Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you must inform us within 2 business days of receipt of the package.


Refund Initiation Process

Kindly contact our Customer Support team via email at support@sublimelife.in OR call us between 11AM – 5Pm on business days .

Make sure you let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide us with the following details:
  • Order ID: Generated during placement of the order.
  • Reason for Return: Defective Product / Damaged in transit / Incorrect Product received / Others – Please specify.
  •  Your Contact Details: Your name, address, phone number and email address.
  • An image of the product received (Only in case you’re returning a damaged product).

 You shall receive a confirmation & further instruction on how to return your product over e-mail.

Note: Replacement of product is subject to availability of stock. In case a product cannot be replaced by us. A refund will be initiated instead.


Mode of repayment in case of refund

Remains the same as paid by you to Sublime Life while placing your order.

Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via Demand Draft sent to address mentioned while returning the product.

Orders paid for online are refunded via the same.
